The government of the Philippines has compiled and published a remarkably detailed situation report on the impact of Bopha/Pablo. As of 6:30 p.m., December 5, Philippines time, it tells us that 217,850 persons have been affected by the typhoon. Confirmed deaths total 274, with only 26 of them identified so far.
